Mr. Bower earned his J.D. and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of South Carolina where he was a member of the Society of Wig and Robe and Beta Gamma Sigma. He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Bower clerked for the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr., U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina. Memberships include Richland County Bar and South Carolina Bar.
