Mr. Jordan concentrates his practice on collection of secured debts, including mortgage foreclosures and all aspects of real estate transactions, including structure, negotiation, mechanics liens and closing. The firm’s emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions has given Mr. Jordan broad experience in advising clients on the technical and business aspects of commercial real estate.
