Mr. Stuart is a former Assistant South Carolina Attorney General. He has also served as the Senior Assistant for Education and Public Employment and authored "South Carolina Teachers and the Law." A past chairman of the South Carolina Council of School Attorneys, Mr. Stuart maintains memberships in the Richland County Bar and South Carolina Bar of which he serves on the Quality of Life Committee. He currently serves as the County Attorney for Newberry County. Memberships include Richland County Bar and South Carolina Bar.
